On the 17th of October, a team of 35 executive students pursuing their MBA from the prestigious ESCP Institute of Paris, and hosted by the MDI Gurgaon visited the 40-acre local organic farm. Royina and Ayesha Grewal is a role model for the farmers of the newly formed Dinker Agriculture Producers Organization. The farmers producer company shared the aspirations of the company stating that they have come together to enable them to collect their produce and sell it together. In the current scenario, they have decreasing sizes of land and middlemen who are unfavorably affecting their income from land. By being together they hope to market their products quickly, at better prices and mitigate several challenges in the value chain of fruits and vegetables.
